Bugambe Sub-county Council Speaker, Nelson Atich, who was released on police bond on Tuesday, alleges that his arrest is connected to a land grabbing group. The sidewalks, once seen as arteries connecting and fostering safe mobility, have become battlegrounds where the right to walk freely is contested, in Hoima City.
